Terms & Conditions
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Business (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, engagements, and services provided by Artwright Talent (“Artwright Talent”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By engaging Artwright Talent or booking any talent represented by us, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Artwright Talent reserves the right to negotiate specific terms on a per-booking basis where agreed in writing.
2. Scope of Services
Artwright Talent acts as an intermediary between clients and talent, facilitating bookings, negotiations, and professional engagements.
All talent supplied by Artwright Talent remain independent contractors and are not employees of the Agency.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:

The Client has agreed to the terms in writing (including email), and
-
Artwirght Talent has confirmed availability of the talent
Provisional bookings may be held temporarily but are subject to confirmation.
4. Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings:
-
Must be confirmed within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed
-
May be released if another confirmed booking is offered
-
Will always be given first refusal before release where possible
Artwright Talent reserves the right to cancel provisional bookings if not confirmed within the required timeframe.
5. Working Hours
Unless otherwise agreed:
-
A standard working day is 8 hours, including a 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks
-
Standard working hours fall between 09:00 and 18:00
Any variation must be agreed in advance.
6. Overtime
Overtime applies where work exceeds agreed hours.

Additional hours may be charged at an agreed hourly rate
-
Work outside standard hours (18:00–09:00) may incur additional fees
-
Extended or overnight bookings must be agreed in advance
7. Fees and Usage
All fees quoted by Artwright Talent relate to:

The Model’s time
-
Agreed usage of content
Any use of images or content beyond the agreed scope (including duration, platform, or territory) may incur additional fees.
No usage rights are granted until full payment has been received.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
-
More than 72 hours’ notice: no fee
-
Within 72 hours: up to 50% of the agreed fee
-
Within 24 hours: 100% of the agreed fee
Cancellations must be communicated directly to Artwright Talent during working hours or via agreed contact methods.
9. Travel & Expenses
Where applicable:
-
Travel, accommodation, and related expenses may be charged
-
Any additional costs must be agreed prior to the booking
Bookings requiring significant travel may be subject to adjusted rates.
10. Model Restrictions
Where a booking involves competing brands or services:

Additional fees or restrictions may apply
-
Any exclusivity must be agreed in advance
11. Test Shoots (TFP)
Test or “Trade for Print” (TFP) shoots:
-
Must be agreed with Artwright Talent in advance
-
Are for portfolio and non-commercial use only
-
Must credit both the Model and Artwright Talent
No commercial use is permitted without written agreement.
12. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
-
Provide a safe and appropriate working environment
-
Treat all talent professionally and respectfully
-
Ensure all necessary insurance cover is in place
-
Obtain valid model releases for any intended usage
Artwright Talent reserves the right to withdraw talent from unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
13. Insurance
Artwright Talent does not provide insurance cover for talent while on assignment.
The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance is in place for all activities, including public liability where required.
14. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:

All invoices are issued by Artwright Talent

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed
-
The Client commissioning the work is fully responsible for payment
Artwright Talent reserves the right to pursue payment from the end client where applicable.
Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
15. Non-Circumvention
The Client agrees not to engage, book, or contract directly with any talent introduced by Artwright Talent without the Agency’s involvement:

During the booking period; and
-
For a period of 12 months following the last booking
16. Liability
Artwright Talent shall not be liable for:
-
The conduct of talent during assignments
-
Any loss, damage, or injury arising during bookings
-
Circumstances outside of the Agency’s control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client engages talent at their own risk.
17. Complaints
Any issues or complaints must be raised:
-
During the course of the booking where possible; or
-
Within a reasonable time following the booking
Artwright Talent will review all concerns fairly and appropriately.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. Updates to These Terms
Artwright Talent reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will apply to all future bookings.
